SHIPPING POLICIES

Dalia Made in Colombia ships products to all 50 states of the United States through a private company, ensuring the safety and coverage for your order to arrive at the desired location within the estimated time.


DELIVERY TIMES

The approximate delivery time for our products within the US is five (5) to seven (7) business days, taking into account the condition of various national routes and weather changes in the country. Delivery time begins once the payment method is approved. For credit or debit card payments, our payment platform must approve the transaction based on data analysis, which can take up to one (1) business day. Upon payment approval, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any concerns regarding our shipping method, please feel free to get in touch with us either via email at support@daliacolombia.com or by using the 'Contact Us' form on our website at www.daliacolombia.com to check the status of your order.

 

SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost will be determined based on the destination, weight, and volume of the package. This cost will be calculated during the purchase process and will be given at the order summary stage, before completing the purchase..


EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES


EXCHANGES 

To request an exchange, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The maximum time to request an exchange is fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery date of the product.
  • The product must not show signs of being worn, must not have been modified, and must be in perfect condition.
  • The product must contain the original tags, accessories, and packaging, or products purchased on discount or promotion.
  • The exchange must be done for a value equal to or greater than the product's value, in which case the customer will pay the excess value. This exchange will be carried out through our email support@daliacolombia.com. Our team will respond to your request within a maximum of three (3) calendar days via email. If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost within the national territory; otherwise, the customer will assume this cost.

 

WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICIES

  • The maximum time to claim your warranty for manufacturing defects is fifteen (15) calendar days, or five (5) calendar days for products purchased during promotions or discounts. The warranty period begins from the product's delivery date to our customer. 
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage resulting from an inadequate use of our product.
  • To claim the warranty, our dear customer must contact us at our email support@daliacolombia.com. Our team will respond to your request within a maximum of three (3) calendar days via email.

REFUNDS 

  • If you would like to return an item in good condition, you will automatically receive a refund. To return the shipment, you can use the same packaging in which we delivered your order or use packaging of your choice. However, it's essential that the packaging is suitable for our product's nature so that it won't be damaged during the transport process. Once we receive your product back in our warehouse, we will check its condition. The Operations department will have one business day to inform you if your product meets the established criteria for a valid exchange or a refund. 
  • If your product doesn't meet the criteria of our exchange and warranty policy, we will inform you via email, explaining why the exchange or warranty cannot proceed, and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address. 

               - The product must be packaged.

               - The product must not be scratched or marked.
